About The Position

Flint Logistics is hiring a CDL-A Dedicated Driver to haul no-touch dry van and refrigerated customer freight through established operating lanes. Drivers generally average 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week, with steady freight and familiar routes. The position is based in Fayetteville, North Carolina.

Drivers operate Kenworth T680 tractors that are four years old or newer, equipped with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, voice navigation, and in-cab fifth-wheel release. Equipment is assigned based on availability.

Pay is $1,450 to $1,675 per week based on experience and productivity. Guaranteed minimum pay begins after 30 days of employment. Drivers receive paid orientation at $100 per day and may be eligible for quarterly raises tied to safety and productivity. The schedule includes six days off each month, which drivers may take together or divide throughout the month according to personal preference and freight scheduling.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license.
• Current DOT medical certification.
• At least six months of tractor-trailer experience within the last year.
