About The Position

This dedicated regional driving position operates throughout the Southeast, with frequent freight moving between Jacksonville, Florida, and Texas markets, including Houston and Laredo. Drivers average approximately 2,500 miles per week on established lanes and receive weekly home time. Freight is no-touch dry van general freight, with recurring patterns intended to provide a familiar weekly routine and consistent productivity. Drivers operate a well-maintained International ProStar with an automatic transmission, APU, and inverter, pulling dry van trailers. Pay is $1,400 to $1,600 per week based on miles and freight activity. Three-day orientation includes travel, hotel accommodations, and meals, plus a $500 bonus upon successful completion. Continued support is available after onboarding to help drivers become comfortable with their freight network and regular dispatch. Benefits include multiple medical plan options, dental and vision coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, and $25,000 in company-paid life insurance. Rider and pet policies are also available.

Requirements

Valid CDL-A license.
Current DOT Medical Card.
At least 6 months of recent regional or OTR tractor-trailer experience within the last 12 months.
