CDL A Dedicated Driver
About The Position
This dedicated driving position offers a consistent schedule with three loads per week, each paying $320. Mileage pay starts at $0.70 per mile and increases annually to $0.84. Additional stop pay is also provided. Drivers on this account can expect to average $1,700 to $2,100 per week. The work involves hand unloading at stores using rollers, with no touch backhauls. New drivers will receive training with a mentor for their first three loads, paid at $175 per day. The trucks are late model automatic sleepers with 53-foot dry vans. Drivers can park at home if it is safe, or at the yard in Cowpens.
Requirements
- 21 or older with at least 3 months solo tractor trailer experience.
- Valid Class A CDL matching your current state of residence.
- No more than 2 moving violations and no preventable accidents in the last 3 to 5 years.
- No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years.
- Pass hair and urine drug testing, no SAP drivers.
- Live within 40 miles of Greenville, SC.
Responsibilities
