About The Position
This dedicated driving position offers steady pay with a guaranteed weekly minimum of $1,375 for a full 5-day week. Drivers can expect to average between $1,550 and $2,100 weekly, with no-touch freight and the assurance of being home every week. The routes cover deliveries in PA, DE, NY, NJ, WV, VA, NC, and DC, specifically avoiding NYC and its boroughs. Drivers will have a 34-hour reset at home weekly, and the truck is kept at the Baltimore yard, allowing for 10-hour breaks at home.
Requirements
- At least 21 years old.
- Minimum of 3 months of solo tractor-trailer experience.
- Valid Class A CDL matching your current state of residence.
- No more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 to 5 years.
- No preventable accidents in the last 3 to 5 years.
- No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years.
- No SAP drivers.
- Pass hair and urine drug testing.
- Reliable personal transportation to the yard.
- Live within 60 miles of Baltimore, MD.
Responsibilities
- Drive a dedicated route with no-touch freight.
- Perform a mix of live load and drop and hook operations.
- Complete approximately 1,900 miles per week.
- Deliver to locations in PA, DE, NY, NJ, WV, VA, NC, and DC.
- Ensure 34-hour reset at home every week.
- Utilize the truck's 10-hour break time at home when the truck is at the Baltimore yard.
