CDL-A Dedicated Driver
About The Position
Flint Logistics is hiring a CDL-A Dedicated Driver to haul no-touch customer freight on established operating lanes. Freight consists of mixed dry van and refrigerated loads, with drivers generally averaging 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week. Established routes and regular customer freight provide familiar freight patterns and organized dispatches. Drivers operate Kenworth T680 tractors that are four years old or newer, with automatic transmissions, APUs, inverters, voice navigation, and an in-cab fifth-wheel release. Equipment is assigned based on availability. Pay is $1,450 to $1,675 per week, based on experience and productivity. Guaranteed minimum pay begins after 30 days of employment. Drivers receive quarterly raises tied to safety and productivity, and paid orientation at $100 per day. The position includes six scheduled days off each month, which may be taken together or divided throughout the month, subject to personal preference and freight scheduling.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license.
- Current DOT medical certification.
- At least six months of tractor-trailer experience within the last year.
