About The Position
CDJR of Troy, part of Lithia & Driveway, is recruiting for future opportunities across service, parts, detail, and service support. These roles are onsite at the CDJR Troy dealership and report to the Department Manager. The dealership offers training, development, and career-growth paths. Opportunities may be hourly or performance-based, with compensation generally ranging from $42,000 to $130,000+ per year depending on position, experience, and individual performance. Actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location; final compensation is established during the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
