About The Position

Suburban Ford of Troy is seeking individuals for future dealership opportunities across service, parts, detail, and service support positions. The dealership is part of Lithia Motors, a large retail dealership group with more than 300 locations, over 50 brands, and operations in more than 35 states. It emphasizes career growth, advancement opportunities, and recognition. This is a performance-driven position eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation. The stated compensation range is $47,000–$100,000; actual pay may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location, with final compensation established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
