CBRS Community Based Rehabilitation Services Serving Adults Families

One Love AgencyIdaho Falls, ID
$21 - $26Hybrid

About The Position

One Love Agency is hiring a full-time CBRS Specialist for our Idaho Falls office, starting immediately. Case management gets somebody to the client. CBRS is the person standing next to them when they walk through it — practicing the hard thing, in the real place, until it holds. For more than fifteen years, One Love Agency has walked with families through the hardest seasons of their lives, serving adults in crisis, kids and families who need someone in their corner, and people finding their way back from addiction. The agency serves individuals that other systems have the hardest time holding onto. The agency operates on the Hawaiian word 'hānai,' meaning to take in and raise as your own, which is how they treat both clients and employees. The work environment is described as a village, where every team member, including the CBRS specialist, case manager, therapist, peer support specialist, front desk, and biller, plays a crucial role in supporting the client. The agency emphasizes three core values: Clients (the reason for every decision), Compliance (ensuring accurate documentation to protect clients, staff, and the agency), and Community Partners (maintaining trust with schools, courts, hospitals, and other organizations).
