About The Position

One Love Agency is hiring a full-time CBRS Specialist for our Idaho Falls office, starting immediately. The CBRS Specialist delivers skills building and rehabilitative support to both adults and youth in Idaho Falls, working towards goals outlined in the client's treatment plan. This involves teaching, modeling, and practicing daily living, social, coping, symptom-management, problem-solving, and community-integration skills. The role supports clients in various settings, including the office, home, school, and community, reinforcing the work of therapists and case managers to ensure a cohesive treatment plan. The specialist works under supervisory protocol, with their skills plan approved by a master's-level or independently licensed clinician, and alongside a multidisciplinary team. Documentation is a key component, requiring timely, accurate, and plan-aligned entries for Medicaid or IBHP review.
