About The Position

One Love Agency is hiring a full-time CBRS Specialist for our Pocatello office, starting immediately. This role involves delivering skills building and rehabilitative support to both adults and youth in the Portneuf Valley. The CBRS Specialist works on goals written in the client's treatment plan, in the office, at the client's home, at school, and out in the community where the skill actually has to work. Day to day, this looks like teaching, modeling, and practicing daily living, social, coping, symptom-management, problem-solving, and community-integration skills. The specialist will help a young person hold it together in a classroom, help an adult keep a routine, a job, or a housing placement, and reinforce what the therapist and the case manager are building so the whole plan pulls in one direction. The work is done under supervisory protocol, with the skills plan approved and signed by a master's-level or independently licensed clinician, and alongside case managers, therapists, and peer support staff. The specialist will report to the Pocatello Director with a full administrative team behind them. Documentation is a key part of the role, requiring timely, plan-tied, CDA-tied, unit-accurate notes that hold up under Medicaid or IBHP review.

Requirements

• Bachelor's-level degree, meeting Idaho Behavioral Health Plan CBRS / skills building qualifications.
• Ability to practice under supervisory protocol.
• Ability to pass an Idaho Department of Health and Welfare criminal history background check and be cleared before direct client contact.
• Clear of any state or federal exclusion list (OIG LEIE / SAM).
• Valid Idaho driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Comfort with electronic health records and a commitment to same-week documentation.
• Willingness to work where the client is located (home, school, and community).

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in CBRS, skills building, YES, behavioral aide, or equivalent community-based experience.
• Experience working with both children and adults.
• Knowledge of treatment plans, CDAs, units and authorizations, medical necessity, and IBHP expectations.
• Proficiency in documentation that is on time, tied to the goal on the plan, and holds up under review.
• CANS certification (Idaho YES) for the youth caseload.
• Crisis de-escalation training, behavior management experience, or work with co-occurring substance use.
• Bilingual or multilingual ability.
