About The Position

One Love Agency is hiring a full-time CBRS Specialist for our Pocatello office, starting immediately. The CBRS Specialist delivers skills building and rehabilitative support to both adults and youth in the Portneuf Valley, working towards goals outlined in the client's treatment plan. This role involves teaching, modeling, and practicing daily living, social, coping, symptom-management, problem-solving, and community-integration skills. The specialist will work under supervisory protocol, with their skills plan approved by a master's-level or independently licensed clinician, and alongside case managers, therapists, and peer support staff. Documentation is a key part of the role, requiring timely, accurate notes tied to the plan and the CDA, suitable for Medicaid or IBHP review. The agency emphasizes a team-oriented approach, where every role is crucial in supporting clients, operating under the principle of 'hānai' (to take in, to raise as your own).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's-level degree.
  • Meet Idaho Behavioral Health Plan CBRS / skills building qualifications.
  • Ability to practice under supervisory protocol.
  • Pass an Idaho Department of Health and Welfare criminal history background check and be cleared before direct client contact.
  • Clear of any state or federal exclusion list (OIG LEIE / SAM).
  • Valid Idaho driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
  • Comfort with electronic health records.
  • Commitment to same-week documentation.
  • Willingness to work where the client is located (home, school, community).

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in CBRS, skills building, YES, or behavioral aide roles.
  • Experience working with both children and adults.
  • Knowledge of treatment plans, CDAs, units and authorizations, medical necessity, and IBHP expectations.
  • CANS certification (Idaho YES) for the youth caseload.
  • Crisis de-escalation training.
  • Behavior management experience.
  • Experience working with co-occurring substance use.
  • Bilingual or multilingual ability.
