The Catholic Spanish Generations Coordinator supports Catholic youth, Catholic university, and Spanish-language Alpha courses for Catholic and Protestant churches, organizations, and individuals. The role builds relationships with these groups, helps them understand and implement Alpha, coaches and supports them through courses, and encourages continued engagement and additional courses. This work includes personal outreach, virtual one-on-one calls, service improvements, training, and resource development. The Coordinator collaborates with the Catholic, Generations, Growing Contexts, National Engagement, and Training teams to support Alpha confirmation and youth initiatives, maintain key relationships, recommend hubs and coaches, and connect event and product work with ongoing church and organization coaching. The role also contributes to Spanish-specific training and translates materials as needed. Success includes strengthening retention and re-engagement, equipping ministry leaders to use Alpha repeatedly, building trust-based relationships across Catholic youth and Spanish-speaking communities, and improving the equity of resources and experiences available to Spanish-speaking organizations.
