About The Position
The Catering Supervisor monitors the food service operation to ensure the production of top-quality products and service. The role includes overseeing inventory, staff performance, quality assurance, cleanliness, organization, marketing signage, and compliance with company and client expectations. The position is with Levy at ESPN Wide World of Sports.
Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory to maintain high valuation and minimize waste.
- Ensure staff remain on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
- Monitor marketing and confirm signage is current and appropriate.
- Uphold policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and client expectations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
