About The Position

Eat’n Park Hospitality Group is seeking a Catering Supervisor to join its Parkhurst Dining team. The role supervises team members in an assigned area, upholds Parkhurst and client policies and standards, and works with management to improve services. The supervisor coaches team members in the use of Smile Plus hospitality practices, may assist with purchasing food and supplies, and remains present in service areas to assess customer satisfaction, resolve problems, and communicate findings to management.

Requirements

• Three or more years of professional experience, including at least one year in a catering supervisory role.
• Strong planning and organizational abilities, including the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members in the assigned area and consult with management about changes to improve services.
• Follow established Parkhurst and client policies and procedures, and uphold standards.
• Communicate using Smile Plus skills and coach team members on the Smile Plus hospitality imperatives.
• May assist in purchasing food and supplies.
• Maintain a presence in service areas to assess customer satisfaction and resolve problems.
• Communicate service-area findings to management.
