About The Position

HUNGRY is seeking a Catering Server / Driver to support workplace dining events in Washington, DC. The role involves picking up equipment at the hub in Vienna, collecting food from a nearby vendor, transporting it to the client site, and completing the designated event setup and hosting. Team members coordinate with other HUNGRY staff, communicate effectively to ensure event details are handled, answer food-related questions, and guide guests with a customer-oriented approach. A personal vehicle is required for most events; SUVs and other large vehicles are preferred. The contract is expected to last about two months, from November 15 through January 15. Operations are approximately Tuesday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., with the ability to choose when and how much to work. Compensation is gig-dependent, at approximately $54 per gig plus 100% of client tips, estimated at $25–$100 per day.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation and use of a personal vehicle.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
