Our catering and culinary team join together to exceed the expectations of our clients and their guests. Through creative menus and accommodating room set ups, we are able to provide luxurious experiences. The Catering Manager is responsible for: Soliciting new accounts, entertaining and maintaining relationships with existing accounts to exceed Food & Beverage revenue goals. Overseeing client functions to ensure complete customer service satisfaction.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years as a hotel catering sales manager.
  • 4 year college degree preferred.
  • Ability to communicate with customer needs and resolve complaints.
  • Ability to establish and master goals and participate as a team player.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct necessary site inspections, up-selling, suggesting menus, event and activities to ensure success.
  • Organize and plan all details of the client's needs including: menus, function room layout, outside activities, meeting times, check in/out procedures.
  • Create and distribute clear and concise resumes and BEOs that detail the clients requests to all appropriate departments.
  • Ensure that all billing and charges for services are rendered.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
