This role is responsible for selling and servicing banquet and meeting functions to achieve catering department goals. The position involves overseeing all catering sales, targeting both existing and new corporate and social markets. The Catering Sales Manager will solicit new business through prospecting calls and outside client visits, and maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel. This includes handling account details, preparing BEOs and Group Resumes, and providing exceptional client service with high-quality catered products. The role also requires clear communication with staff, practicing safe work habits, and performing other duties as requested by management.
