About The Position

The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for generating and managing catering and event business for the hotel. This role focuses on maximizing revenue through the sale of meeting space, food and beverage services, and related offerings, while delivering exceptional client service. The Catering Sales Manager develops client relationships, negotiates contracts, and ensures seamless event execution in partnership with hotel operations teams.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of food & beverage operations
  • Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to move throughout hotel and lift up to 25 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2–5 years hospitality or catering sales experience
  • Delphi and previous Hilton experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Solicit and book new catering and event business
  • Conduct site tours and present hotel offerings
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing

  • Serve as primary client contact

  • Maintain relationships
  • Prepare Banquet Event Orders (BEOs)
  • Collaborate with operations teams
