About The Position

The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for building lasting client relationships and booking events that meet hotel revenue goals. This role involves personally detailing and servicing all booked groups to perfection, prospecting for new business through various channels, crafting and adjusting sales action plans, and partnering across departments to ensure seamless event execution.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of Catering/Event Sales Experience.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Clear, confident communication is key.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfort with Microsoft Office and event software.
  • Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation.
  • Customer Obsessed: Committed to client happiness and building trust.
  • Organizational Agility: Knows who to call and how to get things done—fast and effectively.
