About The Position

The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill is seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Sales Manager to drive catering sales, build client relationships, and oversee the successful execution of catering events. The role includes developing sales strategies, coordinating with restaurant management and kitchen teams, monitoring market trends, and promoting the company’s values of excellence, hospitality, and authenticity. During off-peak periods, the manager will provide hands-on assistance to restaurant operations. Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Requirements

Proven experience in catering sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Deep understanding of the catering and hospitality industry, including market trends and customer preferences.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to engage and persuade clients.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
Passion for exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to meet catering sales targets and increase revenue.
Source, build, and maintain client relationships; understand client needs and ensure satisfaction.
Oversee the planning and execution of catering events, managing details and ensuring high-quality service.
Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Coordinate with restaurant management and kitchen teams to deliver catering services smoothly.
Promote The Great Greek’s values of excellence, hospitality, and authenticity in interactions and operations.
Assist the restaurant operations team during off-peak periods to support the customer experience.
