About The Position
The Ingleside Hotel in Pewaukee is seeking an experienced Catering Sales Manager to solicit, secure and detail events. We offer over 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space. If you are a highly motivated, detail-oriented person with hotel catering sales experience, you will love this position. You'll work with an excellent team of sales and food & beverage professionals to ensure all events are planned well and run smoothly. This is a full-time salaried position that is part of our hotel management team. Some evening and weekend hours may be required based on client needs.
Requirements
- Hotel catering sales experience
- Ability to complete a pre-employment drug test, background check, and reference checks.

Responsibilities
- Solicit new and existing accounts; make outside and phone sales calls; conduct hotel tours/lunches.
- Enter new Account and Booking Masters into computer in a timely manner.
- Finalize all details on sales and catering bookings through customer contact and follow through.
- Upsell groups to maximize revenue and enhance guest experiences.
