As the Catering Sales Manager, you drive catering sales by actively sourcing new business and turning opportunities into orders across a broad set of markets. This role plays a key part in growing revenue by identifying prospects, reaching out, and consistently following through to secure and expand catering business. You own the pipeline and lead day-to-day sales efforts across the team, ensuring leads are actively pursued and opportunities are converted. You partner closely with Catering Sales Coordinators and restaurant teams to keep work moving, maintain strong follow-through, and ensure every order is set up for successful execution.
