About The Position

DiBella’s is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Catering Production Coordinator to coordinate catering production and help ensure events are executed accurately and to a high standard. The coordinator prepares catering orders, makes deliveries to catering clients, conducts follow-up and account maintenance calls, helps bring new catering business into the restaurant, and assists clients with placing orders. The role includes training on the catering menu, sales procedures, delivery needs, and preparing subs. The position involves working with customers and co-workers to provide a strong dining experience.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service and hospitality.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Vehicle with current registration and insurance.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, balance friendliness with efficiency, and maintain focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
