About The Position

DiBella’s is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Catering Production Coordinator to coordinate and oversee catering production and ensure events are executed accurately and to high standards. The coordinator prepares catering orders, makes deliveries to clients, conducts follow-up and account-maintenance calls, helps generate new catering business, and assists clients with placing orders. The role includes training on the catering menu, sales procedures, delivery needs, and preparing subs. The position involves working with customers and co-workers to provide a strong dining experience.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Vehicle with current registration and insurance.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as the crew handbook.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, balance friendliness with efficiency, and maintain focus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to frequently stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
