Catering & Events Manager - Hybrid

Little Palm Island Resort & Spa, a Noble House Res•Little Torch Key, FL
•Onsite

About The Position

The Catering & Events Manager is responsible for sales, planning, and on-site execution for marriage proposals, elopements, vow renewals, intimate weddings of 12 guests or fewer, large parties, and social catering events at Little Palm Island. The role carries direct revenue goals for these events and associated enhancements, such as spa services, floral and décor, photography, transportation, and resort experiences. It does not carry revenue responsibility for corporate and incentive groups, group room blocks, weddings with more than 12 guests, or full-resort buyouts. The manager leads intimate celebrations and large-party events from booking through execution, works directly with culinary and restaurant teams on menus and event offerings, and coordinates logistics, staffing, setup, and real-time operational communications. The position also supports group events booked by Sales, serving as the primary contact after turnover and coordinating event documentation, client requirements, meetings, and execution with relevant departments. This is an on-property role because it requires immediate availability for inspections, client meetings, and event oversight, as well as direct relationships with restaurant and culinary teams. The position is temporarily based in Key West and requires availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules require. Success is measured by revenue achievement, client and guest satisfaction, upselling, accurate documentation and billing, quality of execution, growth of social catering and restaurant events, and collaboration with operational departments.
