About The Position

As a Catering Attendant, you will help deliver onsite catering experiences for meetings and events in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will ensure seamless execution from setup to breakdown while maintaining high standards of service and presentation. The role calls for collaboration, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

This is a six-month role running from November 2026 through April 2027. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, for 40 hours per week, with the possibility of reduced hours when business needs allow. The position is onsite five days per week.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, including the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and excellent time management.
• A proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
• High attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• At least five years of experience in the service or hospitality industry.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely navigate kitchen and café environments.
• Familiarity with company procedures and willingness to learn operational processes.
• Current food safety certification, such as ServSafe or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare event spaces and ensure tables are set before catering deliveries.
• Assemble and organize items needed for catering setups.
• Deliver and professionally set up food and beverage stations in a timely manner.
• Break down events after use, including cleaning up and storing décor and supplies.
• Maintain clean and organized storage areas.
• Coordinate product orders and production schedules with management and kitchen staff.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment that reflects company culture.
• Collect and share feedback to support continuous improvement in service delivery.
