About The Position

Levy is hiring a Catering Attendant to provide food service for events at UW-Madison’s Camp Randall Stadium and Kohl Center Arena. The role involves preparing and serving food at high-volume events, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering courteous customer service to help ensure an excellent experience for fans. The position requires availability for all UW-Madison football games and most Kohl Center events during the 2026–2027 season.

Requirements

• Positive, team-oriented attitude and friendly demeanor.
• Availability to work all UW-Madison football games and a majority of Kohl Center events for the 2026–2027 season.
• Willingness to complete ServSafe Alcohol Certification and ServSafe Food Handler Certification.
• Previous food preparation and service experience.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and move 40–50 pounds and stand or walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and deliver food and supplies to designated locations for catered events.
• Monitor and maintain food temperatures to ensure food quality and safety.
• Replenish food supplies in guest areas.
• Clean up after events and prepare the venue for the next event.
• Return unused food, beverages, and equipment to the catering facility.
• Stock, clean, and maintain catering facilities and equipment.
• Provide friendly and courteous service to guests.
• Learn the event menu to assist guests with inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety and sanitation procedures.
• Perform other duties as needed to support successful events.
