About The Position
Benedictine is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join its compassionate care-giving team. The position is based on integrated nursing principles and includes assessments, care planning, interventions, evaluations, and maintaining professional nursing standards. The RN develops and implements individualized plans of care, administers medications appropriately, and provides education to residents, families, and caregivers. Requirements
- Hold current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing.
- Possess the organizational skills required to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an appropriate plan of care based on assessment and diagnosis, tailored to each individual's needs.
- Demonstrate knowledge of medications and their correct administration.
- Plan and provide education to residents, families, and caregivers.
- Perform assessments, care planning, interventions, and evaluations while maintaining standards of professional nursing.
