About The Position
Benedictine is seeking dynamic and compassionate licensed practical nurses to provide quality, patient-centered, evidence-based care to residents. The LPN uses the principles of Relationship Based Care while performing duties, completes initial data collection on residents, and participates in implementing person-driven care plans developed by an RN. Benedictine and its Ministry partners are a not-for-profit senior care organization founded by the Sisters of St. Scholastica. The organization operates according to the core values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice, and aims to provide a comforting and empowering culture for residents and team members. Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Practical Nurse, in good standing.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Nice To Haves
- Clinical experience preferred.
