(ASD-W) Casual Educational Assistant - Woodstock Education Centre Area
About The Position
This is an ongoing competition for Casual Educational Assistants (CUPE 2745 position) with Anglophone West School District. This application is for individuals interested in working in the Woodstock Education Centre area, which encompasses Woodstock, Florenceville, Perth-Andover, Grand Falls, Edmundston, and all areas in between. The role requires timely deployment to work on short-notice, and it is expected that those on the supply list will live within ASD-W boundaries and a reasonable proximity to selected schools. Applicants from outside ASD-W must describe how they would meet these expectations.
Requirements
- Graduation from high school supplemented by completion of an approved training course related to the field of work, and experience or demonstrated ability in dealing with children; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Specific training, deemed essential by the Employer to meet the special needs of the student(s), may also be required.

- Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Sector Check - no more than 6 months old
- Live within ASD-W boundaries and a reasonable proximity to selected schools
