About The Position
As Casino Supervisor at Stigler Casino Too, you will ensure the efficiency of Slot Floor Operations and provide excellent service to guests. You will report to the Casino General Manager. The position is full-time and scheduled Tuesday and Wednesday from 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM and Thursday through Saturday from 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM. Pay is $14.00 per hour, plus an average hourly tip rate of $3.43. Weekly Earned Wage Access is available as an option.
Requirements
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including legible writing.
- Prior supervisory or management experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain security and procedures according to rules.
- Audit and inspect team members’ work to ensure standards are met.
- Replenish thermal paper and fix printer jams and bill acceptor malfunctions.
- Key jackpots on the floor.
- Promptly respond to winning customers and pay winners, process hand pays, assist Slot Attendants with jackpot paperwork, and assist with Title 31 transaction requirements according to established procedures.
- Be available on short notice to replace staff.
- Train new hires and current employees to perform job tasks.
- Maintain positive working relationships with all departments and staff.
- Immediately resolve customer, employee, and management concerns.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
