About The Position

The Casino Supervisor ensures efficient Slot Floor Operations and provides excellent service to guests. The position reports to the Casino General Manager. The schedule is Tuesday and Wednesday from 6:00 PM to 2:30 AM, and Thursday through Saturday from 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM. Pay is $14.00 per hour, plus an average hourly tip rate of $3.43. Weekly Earned Wage Access is available as an option.

Requirements

• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including legible writing.
• Prior supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security and procedures according to rules.
• Audit and inspect team members’ work to ensure standards are met.
• Replenish thermal paper and fix printer jams and bill acceptor malfunctions.
• Key jackpots on the floor.
• Respond promptly to winning customers and process hand pays.
• Assist Slot Attendants with jackpot processing and paperwork, and assist with Title 31 transaction requirements in accordance with established procedures.
• Be available on short notice to replace staff.
• Train new hires and current employees to perform job tasks.
• Maintain positive working relationships with all departments and staff.
• Immediately resolve customer, employee, and management concerns.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
