About The Position

Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with premium guests to enhance their overall gaming and entertainment experience. This role involves providing personalized services, addressing guest concerns, and promoting loyalty to maximize customer satisfaction and drive revenue.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • A minimum of 1-year Casino Host experience.
  • Ability to speak and write English fluently, bi-lingual a plus.
  • Ability to use a multi-line telephone and computer.
  • Effective organizational skills required.
  • Must be a self-starter, motivated, versatile and responsible.
  • Nevada Gaming registration

  • Identification that establishes identity
  • Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States

  • Previous Casino Host experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Generating new and repeat business to meet the company goals and objectives.
  • Recruits new premium players through a variety of activities such as referrals, guest visitations, telemarketing and offsite functions.
  • Coordinates trips of premium players from the out-of-town and local market.
  • Handles all aspects of the guest visit (ground transportation, hotel accommodations, dining reservations, entertainment).
  • Participate in player development and marketing activities and events to ensure developing relationships and guest loyalty.
  • Utilize telemarketing efforts to develop new, reactive and current guests.
  • Monitors all comps and ensures they are within the company’s comping guidelines and procedures.
  • Must be flexible with schedule and able to work peak times and special events when necessary to ensure excellent guest service.
  • Assists with Player Loyalty Events and Drawings via the PowerKiosks Management System.
  • Maintain a high quality of guest service according to Silverton Be Amazing Service Standards.
  • Thorough knowledge of applicable Company and departmental policies and procedures as well as the willingness to learn and follow any policy or procedure that may be introduced in the future.
  • Adhere to all appearance and uniform standards.
  • Maintain an open line of communication with Managers.
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions with guests, fellow Team Members, and Vendors.
  • Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
  • Regular attendance on all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
  • Arriving on time for all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job.
