About The Position
Montana’s Best Casinos is seeking a motivated, outgoing Casino Floor Runner to help create a comfortable, fun environment for guests. The role emphasizes attentive, personalized service, including remembering regular customers and anticipating their needs. Duties span customer service, cash handling and accounting, cashier support, beverage service, bar inventory, housekeeping, gaming assistance, and maintaining casino safety and security.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and remember regular customers’ names and faces.
- Handle cash and accounting, operate a cash register, make change accurately, and account for large amounts of cash.
- Stock, price, rotate, and display bar inventory.
- Mix and complete drink orders efficiently and assist casino cashiers.
- Perform housekeeping inside and outside the casino, including cleaning restrooms, ashtrays, windows, floors, tables, games, and other messes; dusting; emptying trash; handling dishes; and arranging bar furniture.
- Use the safety manual and maintain casino restroom logs.
- Monitor legal age requirements and assist patrons in verifying gaming machine wins; record and make payouts to winners.
- Suggest sales and help customers operate gaming machines.
- Complete shift paperwork accurately and effectively.
- Maintain casino safety and security and answer or screen phone calls.
- Wear the uniform and maintain a neat, clean appearance.
- Advise the manager of personnel situations or policy violations that adversely affect casino operating performance.
