About The Position

Montana’s Best Casinos is seeking a motivated, outgoing Casino Floor Runner to help create a comfortable and fun guest environment. The role focuses on attentive customer service, including recognizing regular guests and anticipating their needs. It combines cash handling and accounting, drink preparation, bar inventory upkeep, assistance to casino cashiers, cleaning, and casino safety and security duties.

Requirements

Motivated and outgoing.
Ability to provide attentive customer service and remember regular customers.
Ability to accurately make change and account for large amounts of cash.
Ability to monitor legal age requirements and complete shift paperwork accurately.
Must wear the uniform and maintain a neat, clean appearance.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and remember regular customers' names and faces.
Handle cash and accounting, operate a cash register, make change accurately, and account for large amounts of cash.
Stock, price, rotate, and display bar inventories; efficiently mix and complete drink orders.
Assist casino cashiers and help customers with gaming machine operations.
Monitor legal age requirements and maintain a neat, clean appearance while wearing the uniform.
Complete shift paperwork accurately and effectively.
Clean restrooms, ashtrays, windows, floors, tables, games, and other areas; dust, empty trash cans, clear dishes and others' messes, and keep bar furniture arranged neatly.
Follow the safety manual and casino restroom logs, and maintain casino safety and security.
Answer and screen phone calls; assist patrons in verifying wins, and record and make payouts to gambling machine winners.
Advise the manager of personnel situations or policy violations that adversely affect casino operating performance.
