About The Position

Montana’s Best Casinos is seeking a motivated, outgoing Casino Floor Runner to help provide guests with a comfortable and fun environment. The role emphasizes attentive, personalized service, including remembering regular guests and anticipating their needs. Duties span customer service, cash handling and accounting, register operation, bar inventory and drink orders, casino housekeeping, cashier support, safety and security, and assisting guests with gaming machines and payouts. The position also requires maintaining a neat appearance in uniform, monitoring legal-age requirements, completing shift paperwork, and reporting personnel situations or policy violations that may adversely affect casino operations.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and remember regular customers’ names and faces.
Handle cash and accounting, operate a cash register, make change accurately, and account for large amounts of cash.
Stock, price, rotate, and display bar inventory; efficiently mix and complete drink orders.
Assist casino cashiers and patrons with gaming machine operations.
Monitor legal-age requirements.
Accurately complete shift paperwork.
Wear the uniform and maintain a neat, clean appearance.
Clean restrooms, ashtrays, windows, floors, tables, games, and other areas; dust, empty trash cans and dishes, clean messes, and keep bar furniture neatly arranged.
Use the safety manual and casino restroom logs.
Maintain casino safety and security, and answer and screen phone calls.
Assist patrons in verifying gambling machine wins, and record and make payouts to winners.
Advise the manager of personnel situations or policy violations that adversely affect casino operating performance.
