About The Position

Montana’s Best Casinos is seeking a motivated and outgoing Casino Floor Runner to provide attentive customer service and help maintain a comfortable, enjoyable environment for guests. The role includes handling cash and accounting tasks, operating a cash register, managing bar inventory, preparing drink orders, assisting casino cashiers, and maintaining the casino’s cleanliness and appearance. The Casino Floor Runner also supports gaming machine customers, verifies and pays out wins, monitors legal-age requirements, and helps maintain casino safety and security.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and remember regular customers’ names and faces.
• Handle cash and accounting tasks, operate a cash register, make change accurately, and account for large amounts of cash.
• Stock, price, rotate, and display bar inventory; efficiently mix and complete drink orders.
• Assist casino cashiers and patrons with gaming machine operations, verify wins, and record and make payouts to gambling machine winners.
• Monitor legal-age requirements.
• Complete shift paperwork accurately and effectively.
• Wear the uniform and maintain a neat, clean appearance.
• Clean restrooms, ashtrays, windows, floors, games, tables, and other areas; dust, empty trash cans, clean dishes and messes, and keep bar furniture neatly arranged.
• Use the safety manual and casino restroom logs.
• Maintain casino safety and security, and answer and screen phone calls.
• Advise the manager of personnel situations or policy violations that adversely affect casino operating performance.
