About The Position

Montana’s Best Casinos is seeking a motivated, outgoing Casino Floor Runner to help create a comfortable, fun environment for guests. The company emphasizes attentive, personalized service and taking care of guests’ needs. The Casino Floor Runner provides customer service and assists with cash handling, accounting, cashier duties, bar inventory, drink orders, and casino housekeeping. The role also supports gaming machine operations and payouts, monitors legal age requirements, maintains casino safety and security, and completes shift paperwork.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and remember regular customers’ names and faces.
Handle cash and accounting, operate a cash register, assist casino cashiers, make change accurately, and account for large amounts of cash.
Stock, price, rotate, and display bar inventories; efficiently mix and complete drink orders.
Perform housekeeping inside and outside the casino, including cleaning restrooms, ashtrays, windows, floors, tables, games, and messes; dusting; emptying trash and dishes; and arranging bar furniture.
Use the safety manual and casino restroom logs.
Monitor legal age requirements.
Accurately and effectively complete shift paperwork.
Suggest sales and help customers operate gaming machines.
Wear the uniform and maintain a neat, clean appearance.
Maintain casino safety and security and answer or screen phone calls.
Assist patrons in verifying wins and record and make payouts to gambling machine winners.
Advise the manager of personnel situations or policy violations that adversely affect casino operating performance.
