About The Position

Montana’s Best Casinos is seeking a motivated, outgoing Casino Floor Runner to help create a comfortable and enjoyable environment for guests. The role focuses on attentive customer service, remembering regular customers, and anticipating and addressing guest needs. Duties span cash handling and accounting, register operation, bar inventory and drink service, casino housekeeping, cashier support, safety and security, and assistance with gaming machine operations and payouts. The position also requires maintaining a neat appearance in uniform, completing shift paperwork, and notifying the manager about personnel situations or policy violations that adversely affect casino operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and remember regular customers’ names and faces.
• Handle cash and accounting accurately, operate a cash register, make change, and account for large amounts of cash.
• Stock, price, rotate, and display bar inventory; efficiently mix and complete drink orders.
• Assist casino cashiers.
• Monitor legal age requirements.
• Complete shift paperwork accurately and effectively.
• Suggest sales and help customers operate gaming machines.
• Wear the uniform and maintain a neat, clean appearance.
• Clean restrooms, ashtrays, windows, floors, tables, games, and bar furniture; dust, empty trash cans, handle dishes, and clean up messes.
• Use the safety manual and casino restroom logs.
• Maintain casino safety and security.
• Answer and screen phone calls.
• Help patrons verify wins; record and pay out gambling machine winners.
• Advise the manager of personnel situations or policy violations that adversely affect casino operating performance.
