About The Position
Evolution is hiring On-Camera Casino Dealers in Atlantic City. You'll host live casino games — Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat — on camera from a professional broadcast studio while players join online from around the world. No casino experience needed. No dealing experience required. If you've worked in a restaurant, bar, hotel, retail, or any customer-facing role, you may already have everything it takes. We train you on the rest. This is not a casino floor job. No smoke. No chips. No physical players in front of you. No cash handling. No running food. No cleaning tables. You'll sit in a modern broadcast studio, host live casino games on camera, and create a professional, engaging experience for online players around the world. Think: customer service + live hosting + studio environment. You don't need to know casino games before applying. That's what paid training is for.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable being on camera
- Reliable and professional
- Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting
- Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of the shift based on game assignment
- Able to follow game procedures and studio standards
- Able to work assigned shifts including evenings, weekends, or overnights depending on schedule
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license
Nice To Haves
- Restaurant, bar, retail, hotel, or customer service experience
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred

- Starting at $7/hr base + $10/hr guaranteed tip rate = $17/hr total
