About The Position

Senior Helpers is hiring compassionate and dependable non-medical in-home caregivers to help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. No prior experience is required; the company provides paid orientation, hands-on training, and ongoing support. The role offers flexible scheduling, with shifts varying according to client needs and location, and is hiring for morning, afternoon, evening, overnight, weekday, and weekend availability. Flexible part-time opportunities are available. The position serves clients throughout the East Valley, including Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• Compassionate, reliable, and patient disposition.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to learn and complete required training.
• Ability to travel to clients' homes throughout the East Valley.

Nice To Haves

• Caregiving experience.
• CPR certification.
• TB documentation.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care.
• Provide mobility assistance and incontinence care.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Transport clients to appointments and errands.
• Document care and communicate with the office.
