About The Position

Senior Helpers is hiring compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care. Caregivers help clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. No experience is required; the company provides paid training, orientation, and ongoing support. The role serves clients throughout Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, and surrounding East Valley areas. Flexible part-time opportunities are available, with shifts varying based on client needs and location.

Requirements

• Compassionate, reliable, and patient disposition.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to learn and complete required training.
• Ability to travel to clients' homes throughout the East Valley.

Nice To Haves

• Caregiving experience.
• CPR certification.
• TB documentation.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Provide mobility assistance and incontinence care.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Transport clients to appointments and errands.
• Complete care documentation and communicate with the office.
