About The Position

Visiting Angels is hiring part-time CAREgivers to provide compassionate, non-medical support to seniors in their homes. The role helps clients maintain their safety, dignity, independence, and quality of life. The employer provides paid orientation, comprehensive training, ongoing education, and opportunities for career development and advancement. Assignments are made in local service areas when possible, and flexible scheduling is available across a range of shift lengths and times.

Pay is listed as $13.00–$16.00 per hour in the job details, with opportunities to earn additional shift differentials. The posting also describes a base pay range of $13.00–$18.00 per hour based on experience and examples of shift rates from $15 to $21 per hour. Requirements

• Be reliable and dependable.

Nice To Haves

• No prior years of experience are required; training is provided.
• Experienced CAREgivers may participate in a six-week mentoring program.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other daily activities.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping and prepare meals.
• Assist with errands and appointments.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Provide dementia and Alzheimer’s care.
• Help clients maintain their independence and quality of life.
