About The Position
Always Best Care Senior Services is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated caregivers to provide quality in-home care to clients throughout the Memphis area. Caregivers help seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their homes. The posting lists multiple available schedules, including weekday, weekend, evening, and overnight shifts, and offers pay of $13.00–$14.50 per hour.
Requirements
- A current, valid driver's license is required; a state-issued identification card is not an acceptable substitute.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to follow written instructions.
- Ability to provide compassionate and dependable care.
- Dependability and professionalism.
- Proactive approach, ability to take initiative, and ability to work without constant prompting.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Provide transportation and run errands as needed.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients.
