About The Position

The Cashier at Big Buns welcomes guests, provides menu information, and helps ensure a smooth and efficient ordering experience. The role processes orders and payments accurately, maintains a clean and organized cashier station, and works with kitchen and service teams to support timely, accurate order delivery. Cashiers uphold food safety and quality procedures and provide friendly, attentive service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Requirements

Excellent customer service and strong interpersonal and communication skills; be friendly and patient with customers.
Accuracy in processing transactions, handling cash, and recording sales, with attention to detail.
Familiarity with cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems, counting money, providing correct change, and operating relevant equipment.
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, highly mobile environment.
Ability to work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day.
