About The Position
Big Buns is seeking a passionate and motivated Supervisor to help lead a dynamic team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a fun, fast-paced environment. The Supervisor guides daily operations, supports team members, and helps ensure guests feel welcomed and cared for. The role fosters a positive work culture grounded in teamwork, quality, and outstanding service. The position requires 50–55 hours per week, including evenings and weekends as business needs dictate. Requirements
- Experience in food and beverage.
- Experience as a supervisor.
- An amazing work ethic.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 6–8 hours.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs, such as menus, high chairs, and booster seats.
- Ability to reach, bend, and stoop occasionally.
- Ability to use hands and arms to operate reservation systems and phones.
- Clear verbal communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a busy environment.
- Ability to remain calm and composed while multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for guests and staff.
- Maintain high-quality standards for product preparation.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to meet demand.
- Collaborate with management to implement new initiatives and improvements.
- Address guest feedback and concerns promptly.
- Uphold health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Cultivate a positive and respectful work culture that promotes teamwork and excellence.
