About The Position

A Natural Grocers Good4U Crew Member helps provide customer service and support the company’s focus on food quality, affordability, health, and nutrition. This multifaceted, entry-level role includes stocking, greeting customers, cashiering, supporting various departments, promoting special events, and helping customers learn about nutrition through the Nutrient to Know About program. Crew Members are expected to be ready to assist with tasks needed to support the team. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

Strong people skills.
Retail experience.
Cashiering skills and money-handling ability.
Ability to pass food safety training courses and/or certifications.
Attention to detail.
Ability to manage changing priorities.
Sense of urgency in completing tasks.

Willingness to tackle all assigned tasks.
