About The Position

A Natural Grocers Good4U Crew Member helps provide a welcoming customer experience while supporting the company’s focus on food quality, affordability, health, and nutrition. This multifaceted entry-level position includes greeting customers, cashiering, stocking, supporting various departments, promoting special events, and helping customers learn about nutrition through the Nutrient to Know About program. Crew Members are expected to contribute to the team wherever needed, bring a positive attitude, and support the company’s mission to help customers, communities, and the planet get healthier. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

Strong people skills.
Retail experience.
Cashiering and money-handling skills.
Ability to pass food safety training courses and/or certifications.
