About The Position

A Natural Grocers Good4U Crew Member helps provide a welcoming customer experience while supporting the company’s focus on food quality, affordability, health, and environmental responsibility. This multifaceted, entry-level position involves cashiering, greeting customers, stocking, assisting across departments, promoting special events, and supporting the Nutrient to Know About program. Crew Members are expected to contribute wherever needed to support the team and to build product knowledge while helping customers learn about nutrition. Requirements

Strong people skills.
Retail experience.
Cashiering skills and money-handling ability.
Ability to pass food safety training courses and/or certifications.
