About The Position

A Natural Grocers Good4U Crew Member is an entry-level, multifaceted role supporting customer service, food quality, affordability, and health-focused initiatives. The position includes greeting customers, cashiering, stocking, supporting various departments, promoting special events, and participating in the Nutrient to Know About program. Crew Members are expected to bring energy and enthusiasm, learn about nutrition and products, and help with tasks needed to support the team. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

Strong people skills.
Retail experience.
Cashiering skills and money-handling ability.
Ability to pass food safety training courses and/or certifications.
Attention to detail.
Ability to manage changing priorities.
Sense of urgency in completing tasks.
Ability to take direction and follow through.
Willingness to tackle all assigned tasks.
Ability to meet the stated physical and environmental demands of the role, including lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, standing, walking, and working with sharp tools and equipment.
